SCHEDULE

at onlyoga studio you can take classes in the morning, during lunch break, in the afternoon, AND in the evening every day monday through sunday.  

doors open 30 minutes before each class and then are locked during class, so please be on time.

THERE IS NO NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR ANY OF OUR CLASSES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE TUESDAY AND THURSDAY MORNING 07:00 AM CLASSES.

*the 07:00 am classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays are by reservation only. To confirm your attendance, please contact us through Facebook Messenger or email at onlyogastudio@gmail.com by 10:00 pm (22:00) of the day preceding the class. You will receive a confirmation message within minutes.

**pilates classes for summer 2019 begin on tuesday JUne 18. no pilates class will be held on tuesday july 16 and tuesday august 13.
