DEEP STRETCH - YIN

This is a beautiful way to start building comfort and ease into your body and mind. By practicing in a passive way and using gravity for a deeper extension into the muscles and joints, you can melt away the stress in your life, learn to abandon resistance and tension, and feel refreshed and new. Yin Yoga provides a more intense stretching of the tissues that surround the moving parts of the body by holding deep postures for three to five minutes. The Yin class starts off with a short meditation session to complement the relaxing physical aspect.

PILATES

A class dedicated to the well-being of body and mind. It’S Divided in TWO partS, standing positionS (standing pilates) and the second part on the mat. PILATES strengthens the body making it flexible and harmonious. pilates helps to improve posture, balance, and coordination through a series of fluid and precise movements, placing particular attention to the Power House (the center of gravity, which includes abdominal muscles, lower back, pelvic floor, and those that surround the hips and buttocks). A stimulating way to end the day, release tension and discover a correct physical and mental alignment.
